Hours of Operation, Shipping and Processing Times
We are a small business team of two (most times one person) working throughout the week to fulfill orders. We are not a large corporation or assembly line, so we do what’s possible to send orders as soon as they are packed! Therefore, please allow us a little time to prepare your order. Some orders might take up to a week to be shipped due to restocks or special requests.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- During sales, holidays, or new launches, this may be extended slightly — we’ll always post updates on our site or social media.
You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship from California.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (may vary by country)
Please note: These are estimates, and delays can occur due to postal service disruptions, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking when available. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your package is on the way.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t panic! Sometimes postal systems take a bit to scan things. If it’s been more than 10 business days with no updates, please be sure to contact the postal service responsible for transporting your package. For further assistance, contact us here.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍
However, please keep in mind:
- Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s postal system.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, email us ASAP — if the order hasn’t shipped, we can usually fix it.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t shown up, or if it’s stuck in transit for over 10 days, let us know and we’ll do what we can to help. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy page for more information.
