Cancellations
Order window of cancellation is 24 hours. Once this period expires, it may be more difficult to cancel items as they enter the processing/shipping phase. Please contact us if you need help with order status and cancelling your order.
No cancellations or refunds on Digital Downloads.
Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days from delivery.
- Shipping costs covered by customer
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (if possible)
- Customized or personalized items are ineligible for returns, except for manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
- Contact us to initiate a return and receive the return address.
- After we receive the return, we will confirm the condition within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
Lost or Missing Orders
Once your package ships, it’s in the hands of the postal service. But we understand things can go missing.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (domestic) or 30 days (international), we recommend contacting the postal service to assist with lost packages. If further help is needed, please contact us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we absolutely want to fix that.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item + packaging
- A short description of the issue
We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
